All Victorians have the right to return home safe from work every day. WorkSafe aims to keep all workplaces healthy and safe, which is why we are introducing a new infringement notice scheme.

This new infringement scheme adds to the WorkSafe compliance and enforcement toolkit but won't impact already compliant workplaces.

Victorian workplaces that fail to comply with the occupational health and safety (OHS) laws can be fined for various offences.
