Start using new Design Compliance Declaration forms now

Updated Design Compliance Declaration forms and guidance material are now on the NSW Fair Trading website.

We have redesigned these documents to make it easier to meet legislative requirements and better support design and building practitioners.

Older versions of the declaration forms will no longer be accepted after 5 March 2023
